Britannia's security professionals with their background skills and expertise provide services to commercial, industrial, residential and personal clients.  Our Management and security professionals have military or law enforcement background. In addition, our security professionals are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours of specific training and annual refresher training along with detailed criminal  background checks and mandatory drug testing.

Our security professionals exceed the California BSIS mandated levels of training and employment screening processes.

In order to provide the most appropriate level of service to our clients, our  staff are assigned into 3 distinct functions.  These are Security Officer, Agent and Protection Specialist.

  • Security Review of current environment providing a detailed written report

Security Officer

  • A Uniformed Officer who has completed the minimum CA State mandated training requirements comprising of 40 hours of assignments including Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Annual refresher training and re-certification is undertaken.

  • BSIS exposed firearms training and certification. Live fire re-certification every 5 months is required.

  • Baton and pepper spray certification.

  • First Aid and CPR trained.

Security Agent

  • A Plain Clothes Officer who has completed the minimum CA State mandated training requirements comprising of 40 hours of assignments including Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Annual refresher training and re-certification is undertaken.

  • BSIS exposed firearms training and certification. Live fire re-certification every 5 months is required

  • Baton and pepper spray certification

  • First Aid and CPR trained /First Responder trained

  • Previous military and/or law enforcement

Protection Specialist

  • A Plain Clothes Officer who has completed the minimum CA State mandated training requirements comprising of 40 hours of assignments including Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Annual refresher training and re-certification is undertaken.

  • BSIS exposed firearms training and certification. Live fire re-certification every 5 months is required

  • Baton and pepper spray certification

  • First Aid and CPR trained / First Responder trained

  • Executive Protection certified from accredited organizations adopting US Secret Service training methodologies

  • Previous military and/or law enforcement background

  • Continuous training and physical fitness regime
